A Born Politician

Born in a small village in Sdao Commune, Kangmeas District, Kampong Cham Province, Vanna HAY always want to achieve big thing, after graduated from Sdao Secondary School in 2003, he continued to Sereymongkol High School in Kandal Province, then 2006 to Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) to pursue his Bachelor Degree, at his 2nd year there, he win a private scholarship to come to Japan on March 10, 2008, and continued his Japanese Language study at Tokyo Japanese Language Center in Tokyo for one year, then 2013 he entered Digital Hollywood University in Tokyo to get his Bachelor of  Science in 2013. Graduated from 2013 he has been working for Japanese companies, and now is an economics consultant, besides his job, he is the community activist and the leader of the Cambodia National Rescue Movement in Japan .
